Step 4 Fill the inside of the lighter with hot glue. Hot glue will not only hold the USB flash drive in place, it will insulate the circuits and prevent shorts.

Step 5 Push the USB flash drive and the half case into the lighter while the glue is still tight. Allow the glue to dry completely, then trim and sand the excess glue. A Dremel also works fantastic for removing excess glue from your new lighter flash drive case.
